THIS WEEK’S FUN-TIVITIES:
1. CREATIVITY MUSCLE
Through practice, we strengthen
Our mind is built to find solutions.
So revamp the questions you ask it daily.
What is a feeling you are chasing?
We all have goals and desires because we think we will feel better in the having /receiving of them. Is it security? passion? freedom? love?
How can you feel this NOW?
How can I make what I'm doing more enjoyable?
What IS working for me? what can I acknowledge today, that shows I am skillful, confident, and loved?
2. ONE FOR ME
Fill my cup up
Sit in silence.
Set a timer for 1min, then 3min, then 5mins.
Allow your mind to experience stillness, no stimulation.
Allow it to process the day.
Observe the thoughts, let them pass by.
Focus on your breathing.
In and out.
3. PRACTICE ABUNDANCE
There's plenty and more
Kyle Cease (an ex-comedian and transformational speaker now) mentions that
our mind can only grasp what we will lose, not what we will gain. LETTING GO can be scary, but if something feels heavy to you, or you feel the need to justify why you are holding onto it, it's time to let it go.
You won't know whats waiting for you around the corner, until you have released it. Trust.
