Journey along with me and the KooKoo community. Stop sitting on the sidelines and dive right in. Building up our courage gives us energy in the form of expressing ourselves.

The secret is in the action, stepping out of your prescribed box of "normal" and giving it a go (As the picture above states - you can't get better at it without practicing & embodying it). Notice how it makes you feel. It's a learning experience and I'm here as your number one fan with pom poms in hand.
THIS WEEK’S FUN-TIVITIES:
1. CREATIVITY MUSCLE
Through practice, we strengthen
Go take 10 photos in your yard/ outside where you are right now. Use your phone, or your closest companion's phone (if you don't have one with a camera). Find some interesting angels; shoot up, shoot looking down (birds eye view), sopt colours, see contrasts, capture dynamic lines, textures, and beauty.
2. ONE FOR ME
Fill my cup up
Notice your feet, are they warm? Cool?
Is your spine straight? Are your shoulders hunched or down away from your ears?
Your forehead - is it strained? or Calm?
The Abdomen space, is it tense and prevents you from breathing deeply? or relaxed?
3. PRACTICE ABUNDANCE
There's plenty and more
Stop eating when you feel the slightest full.
I used to fall into this trap and feel like I need to polish my plate. I think deep down I didn't want to waste the food and get hungry later, and another part of my just wanted to complete something (dopamine hit) when finishing the plate. Listen to your body. There's always enough. You'll feel lighter and better for it.
